Dispatching conditions

Postage will be carried out by National Post Services (Correos), certified and with a tracking number assigned. The delivery will take place within working days, according to the timetables and at the address indicated in the form completed at purchase.

Delivery rates and times are the following:

Delivery and processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

In case of delivery destinations within Spain and Portugal, once initialized the dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to buyer by Correos.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your CITZZY purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

The process will be initialized via our return form or by email at: info@citzzy.com.

The product will have to be returned within 14 consecutive days since the communication of the intention of returning and the following conditions will be applied:

  • The item will have to preserve its original packaging including labels.
  • The item must be preserved in perfect condition and cannot display signs of being used.

The returned item must be sent via certified postal services at the following address:

Shipping costs associated with returning the item to us will be covered by the buyer unless it´s due to CITZZY´s error or an incident occurred in the process of delivery.

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions above the following will take place:

  • If you request a REFUND, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method within the 14 days since the reception of the article.
  • If you request an EXCHANGE (always for the same item in a different size or color) the substitute item will be shipped at CITZZY expense for the shipping.

If the returned item lacks its original packaging or shows signs of being used it will not be possible to proceed with the refund or exchange.
